In April, 2018, Totsuka Metal Industry installed a brand-new bending machine in the head factory.
The machine has a function to change molds automatically corresponding to the part shape, which enables to provide capabilities to various types of parts with a good cost and time efficiency. Currently, only Totsuka has this machine in Niigata prefecture.
We will provide a more advanced one-stop production service with the combination of this machine and the surface treatment equipment in NSCA factory.
